Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.
2. Accurately book and process customer orders, ensuring prompt delivery.
3. Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
4. Collaborate with distributors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
6. Handle client inquiries and address complaints efficiently and professionally.
7. Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost sales.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience as an Order-Booker or in a similar role.
2. Experience in a distributor setting is a strong advantage.
3. Must have a smartphone.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Strong organizational abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Familiarity with [industry-specific products/services, if applicable] is preferred.
